Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to run Canvosity. We never sell, rent, or give your personal data to third parties. Your creative work belongs to you. We use your data only to operate the service and make it better.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you sign up. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Content you create — projects, banner ads, uploaded image assets, custom fonts, and related configuration. This content is stored so you can access and export it.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, and performance metrics. This helps us understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
• Device and browser info — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address. Used for security, debugging, and ensuring compatibility.

How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Canvosity service.
• To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
• To generate aggregated, anonymized statistics about product usage (never tied to individual users).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating Canvosity.

Data sharing — we don't

Your data is never sold, rented, traded, or provided to third parties for their own purposes. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — we use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) that process data strictly on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers in secure data centers. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Access, update, or correct your account information through your settings.
• Export your content using our built-in export tools.
• Delete your account by contacting us at privacy@canvosity.com.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Canvosity is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a prominent notice in the product. Continued use of Canvosity after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
